Just Magnolia Challenge *Anything Goes*

Hiya all and what a lovely saturday afternoon it is...Its another week of challenges over at Just Magnolia and this week its anything goes....well no card this time I decided to put longing Tilda from the special collection onto a candle..

Heres what i did!!

she was stamped onto tissue paper and coloured in using pro-markers..I then transfered her on to the candle using wax paper and a heat gun...added some sparkle to her bow in her hair using stickle glue..i got the ticket sentiment - special friend from Pink Gem Designs..she is know ready to give as a gift...

Just Magnolia's 1st Birthday Blog Hop

Hello all..hope is all well..I'm really late posting this..not had chance really...Just magnolia are celebrating there 1st blog anniversary with some amazing prizes on offer..I did the blog hop and what fun I had..so many beautiful DT creations that i came across..so here's my take on the sketch by the lovely mina..

I also made the sweet box to go with my card using up the scraps from making the card..I stamped Princess Tilda from the fairytale collection which i must say are just amazing..I coloured her in using Distress Inks..added stickles to glam her up abit.. embellished with flowers from wildorchid crafts...

Just Magnolia Challenge *Sketch*

Its sketch week over at the Just Magnolia Challenge and this week the challenge as been set by Jane..


My card as been made using Kraft card..and the papers are K & Co..I have stamp up Dragonfly Tilda as i have not used her in ages..I have used the new colour range Distress Inks and stickles for her wings..I have glimmer misted these delish flowers from Wildorchid crafts..

Just before I go I wanted to say I had a brilliant day at the NEC on saturday..met some really nice friendly people..I met the lovely Bev at the Hobby House Stall and what a lovely lady she is..I managed to get to all the stalls that i wanted to go to..and one of them was my favourite..yes it was the magnolia stall..and gosh i could of spent a fortune there..lol... and i must say what lovely people they are..

Just Magnolia Challenge *Easel Card*

Hello all..hope you are all well...Its another week of challenges over at Just Magnolia Challenge and this week they would like to see some Easel cards..just as well because i just love making this style of card..

I stamped my Tilda using versafine ink onto Winsor & Newton water colour paper 300gsm and used the new Tim Holz Distress Inks to colour her in.. these colours are delish..I'm enjoying trying them out at the moment..i do love using them with the magnolia stamps..

Just before I go I have received my Tickets for the Craft Show at the NEC and i cannot wait to go again..I'm going on this Saturday with my daughter..and i think we may need a bank loan..lol..I hope to see a few of you there.. :o) so i can come and say hello...ow and i have just Pre-ordered the new Magnolia magazine due out in April and i cannot wait to recieve it...

Hiya peeps..hope you are enjoying the weather..I think we are going to see Mr sunshine at long last..I hated all that horrible rain..I hope the kids have a bit of sunshine before they go back to school...
anyway heres my card for the Just Magnolia Challenge which was a fabby sketch to follow set by Martine..well I had fun and games with this one..lol..my bobbin had ran out on my sewing machine :o( just at the last minute..I had made my tag and glued it down by mistake..lol..ow well never mind.. silly me..I really did have one of those days..you know the ones where you are not really consentrating.. but you just get on with anyways..lol..
hopes its ok for the challenge though... I'm definatley going to be doing this sketch again...but with a removable tag...

Hiya folks..hope you are having a great weekend..whilst on the blog hop party to celebrate Wiff of Joy's anniversary so happy 1st birthday to you!! I came across some stunning cards...and i gained alot of insparation...of course i could not visit you all as my internet decided it wanted to play me up.. :o( anyway on to my card for this weeks challenge for the Just Magnolia Challenge in which we had to follow a sketch set by the lovely talented Tab... and heres what i came up with hope you like it...

Just Magnolia Challenge week 7

Hiya folks what a great day it is here in the UK the suns come out to play again...we are lucky..lol..anyway this brings me on to my card for the Just Magnolia Challenge in which we had to make a card using animals and insects..I have just kept this card plain and simple..

I have tried my hand at using polychromo pencils using sansodor and paper stumps for blending..I surpose its not to bad seeing it was my first time dabbling with them..lol..

Hello to all my blog buddies hope your having a brill bank holiday weekend the weathers not to bad down here in the UK hope it keeps well for bank holiday monday...

Heres my magnolia sketch challenge for week 3 and what a great sketch it was..the only thing I have not got at the moment is the die cut swirls that you use..I have seen these alot on other peoples cards and they look fab... I will have to get me a punch or some die cuts.. Hope this is ok for my challenge...

Just Magnolia Challenge week 2

Hi all I,m so excited as I received my new magnolia stamp yesterday and she was just itching to be stamped up today... I love these stamps..I love them that much I have just ordered me the new magnolia stamps the butterfly collection carn't wait for them to arrive..

Heres my magnolia challenge for week 2 and the theme for this week was to make a card using the colours pink and green.. these colours go together really well..

This was a fab challenge from Just magnolia the sketch is by the talented Donalda

For my card I used the lovely papers from Summertime Designs - Scrapkit used was Summer Driggs- Flowers-Papermania - Pearl Brads Dovecraft - Tilda mounted on to oval Die-cuts finished with pink organza ribbon my circle paper is behind my stripy paper I used flower velum thankyou for a great challenge
