well its been a while since my last post.. :( hope your all keeping warm with the bad weather we are having at the moment..still have to get out and finish my xmas shopping..i shall be glad when its time to relax..and beleieve me i cannot wait :) lol

*LOTV Challenge and Blog Hop*

I cannot beleive that its been neally a month since i last posted on my blog...it'll be christmas soon before we know it..anyways i went to the NEC and found my way to the LOTV stand were i met the lovely Jacqui demonstrating..what a friendly lady she was..i did buy some of my favourite stamps and one of them was the new release stamp..best friends along with just some of the new sentiments..I must admit these stamps have got to be one of my favourites at the moment..

This weeks challenge over at LOTV is anything goes...in which they are celebrating the release of some brand new stamps with a Blog Hop *Party Girls* and *Tea & Chat* pop on over and have a look at some of the fab cards by the DT ladies..some great candy to be won along the way!!

I have used the new LOTV stamp Best Friends../sentiment..coloured in using promarkers.. gingham paper is a freebie from the lovely Bev..flowers are Wildcraft Orchid..lace i got from eBay..new lace nestties that i also got from the NEC..

*Recycled Project*

Hi crafters..hope is all well..something different today *Recycled* yes Passion for Promarkers would like to see something recycled this week..


well heres what i made..not a card..but a recycled calender for next year..i have used a backing board from a envelope that i have my stamps delivered in..covered in some old paper not sure who its by though as i have had it years..lol..i have inked the edges using distress ink..

for the topper i have used all that scraps CC Designs Digi Image and coloured her in using promarkers..and the ribbon is from the ribbon girl..the calenders are anitas do-craft..

*Christmas Kisses*

Hi crafters..hope is all well..cannot believe another month as passed by..were did september go..because its another monthly compertition for october over at DigiStamp Boutique..

I have used Kraft card to make my A6 card base..abit different from the usual 6 x 6 card..this card was really quick and easy to make..took me about 5 mins..which i really like..lol..

i have used the new digi collection henry & zoe xmas kiss from DigiStamp Boutique..arn't they just cute!!..coloured in using promarkers..the digital papers are sweetshoppe designs..the lovely red ribbon and button i got from the ribbon girl..and the sentiment is my own design...

*Whats on Your Workdesk Wednesday*

...Yes its another week of WOYWW.. first of all can i just say a huge thank you to all the lovely comments from all the girls last week..if you want to play along then please visit Julia HERE and find out more..

Ok on to my messy work area..lol..theres lots going on here as you can see from the photo..the little image you can see is the new penny johnson stamps and they are just gawjuss..its been stamped onto tissue paper and ready to be coloured in..and then hopefully finds its way onto a candle that i'm making for christmas..


and here on my drawers..sounds well done it..lol..i have all my other bits un bobs..i do have a move around on here sometimes..like to make it a bit interesting to look at..

Just peeking behind the cuttlebug is a pack of colouring pencils that i bought recentley..there by STAEDTLER ergo soft and there brill..a nice soft colouring pencil..sometimes i like to just print or stamp straight onto card stock and just colour in..with promarkers you get the mess of the ink on the back..

* A Handmade Flower*

Hiya peeps.. hope is all well..i am full of a cold this week and not up to to much crafting..but i did manage to make this handmade flower for this weeks challenge over at Passion for Promarkers

michele wanted us to have ago at making our own handmade flowers..and heres what i came up with..it is a little on the big side.. but i wanted to show you the effects on a larger scale..


I found this tutorial HERE and just had to have ago..it's quite easy really..shall be making more i think..i used the scallop nessties die..distressed the edges using ditress ink, and added a touch of glimmer mist.. i was tryin to aim for a age looking flower..stamped image - Whiff of Joy..coloured in using promarkers..

papers are MME wild asparagus..ribbon i got from a little craft farm that i found.. what a fabby little shop..the sentiment is my own design..punched out onto Kraft card and distressed with distress ink..

I used this cute digi image availible from pollycraft and coloured him in using promarkers..the digi papers are from sweet shoppe designs..printed onto 300dpi card stock..

I've inked up the edges using Tim Holtz Distress Ink..layed onto Kraft card..ticket sentiment is my own design..which i was working on last week..very effective printed on to Kraft card...Poinsettias are from Wild Orchid Crafts..
